These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Da Phone Booth, operated by Blue Goo, Inc. By submitting photos or providing your phone number through our service, you agree to these terms.

SMS Notification Program

Program name: Da Phone Booth Photo Notifications

Description: When you upload a photo at an event and provide your phone number, you may receive a single SMS notification when your photo has been printed.

Message frequency: One (1) message per photo printed.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Photo Submissions

• By submitting a photo, you grant Da Phone Booth and the event organizer the right to display and print your photo in connection with the event.
• You confirm you have the right to submit any photos you upload.
• We reserve the right to decline to display or print any photo at the operator's discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Da Phone Booth and Blue Goo, Inc. are not liable for any loss of photos due to technical issues, connectivity problems, or circumstances outside our control. We recommend guests keep copies of any photos they submit.
